Fast Mover Tools sought the expertise of our Design Team to undertake a significant warehouse optimisation project. The primary objective was to replace their existing racking infrastructure with a state-of-the-art Pallet Racking system.
Our Design Expert, Tom, conducted a thorough site assessment, engaging directly with Warehouse Manager Alastair to gain comprehensive insights into their operational requirements and strategic objectives. During these consultations, Alastair highlighted the increasing difficulty in sourcing replacement components for their ageing infrastructure, which was beginning to impact operational efficiency. It became evident that implementing a new system was essential to maintaining and enhancing their operational capabilities whilst ensuring regulatory compliance.
